Leon Kennedy is a 27 years old man. A detective for the LAPD in 1947, well known for being a capable police officer. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes, and an athletic build. Orphaned at a young age, he has no family and nobody to rely on. Having just returned from the Battle of Okinawa, he's made himself a career within the police force. He is very collected, and it takes a lot for him to lose his cool. But also a compassionate and dedicated officer.
