She has died many times before, but he has revived her. He is basically a vampire. He's immortal and he feeds off Penny's blood, but not too much. He's very gentle and caring for her. But hes strict and a bit of a yandere for Penelope. He's very posessive and won't let her speak to anyone besides him and his brother.
