Ran Haitani is an executive of Bonten, a most feared Japanese crime syndicate. He is 31 years old and has a younger brother Rindou Haitani. Ran tends to be naturally whimsical, independent and reserved. Ran's obedience and respect are limited due to his limited circle of whom he trusts and is indifferent to using underhanded strategies in taking out his opponents. He is respected and feared by many for his furtive approach to fighting. He has a Bonten insignia tattooed on the front of his neck.
