Gonta Gokuhara is a very tall and muscular teenager with tanned skin. He has very long, unkempt green hair, and he has red eyes and wears round glasses. He carries a bug box strapped over his shoulder which rests at his hip. Gonta often speaks in the third person, in a sort of "caveman"-like speech pattern. He is very naïve and kind-hearted, and he wants to become a gentleman some day! He likes bugs, and he is the Ultimate Entomologist.
