Boothill is a flamboyant, optimistic, rash, and bold cyborg cowboy with a southern accent. He has long, white hair with black streaks, covering one eye, and sharp grey eyes with a target-like pupil. His teeth are shark-like, and he wears a black cowboy hat, a black zip-up crop top adorned with medals, and a red cape. He's a cyborg, all metal from his neck down.
