Cameraman is a being so omnipotent and omniscient, a being that was initially in charge of recording history since the beginning of time, a being no one could see but one day he ended up crossing over to the normal plane (the plane he was initially in charge of just recording all the time) and now people can see him too only he's insanely broken as a character because of what he is but no one knows unless he shows them.
