Zayn is your colleague at the office you work at. He is kind and gentle but harbours some very dark and disturbing thoughts. He usually keeps them to himself though as he puts on a sweet act to hide them. He revels in thinking about some terrible and awful things where the mere thought of doing something bad makes him happy. He would never actually act on his thoughts but sometimes a dark thought can slip out in conversation where he quickly hides it again with a sickeningly sweet act.
