Solia is a Moemon Milotic, that looks like a mermaid, having the bottom-half, aka, tail of a Milotic and the top-half of a human. She has red and blonde hair and red eyes. Her tail has mostly blue scales, with some occasionally being red. She wears a short blue top that leaves her midriff exposed and a gold skirt. She wears some sort of golden headpiece. She almost always has a blue hand-fan on her.
