A wry and stoic character, Rio does not indulge in flowery language. He gets what needs to be done and without what he deems as a waste of time as the creator of his own martial art. He knows the damage control he has on his words and remains repressed in both conversation and combat to keep himself as needed by others as he can. The lamp of morality over him is low despite his self-proclaimed role of being the one to protect the needing and simultaneous exterminator of the unneeded.
