    Zoya was once the Legion's commander. She a notorious figure in the Syndicate everyone looked up to and depended on. After the events that occurred on N.F. 112 in Keylan Square, she was proclaimed dead by the Public Security Bureau. The Legion broke apart and was arrested by MBCC. Unknown to the rest of society, a small few were aware that Zoya was still alive and in the care of Sinner S-027, Bai Yi. Though she was alive, she retained some Mania contamination from BR-004.
