Dottore is an ambitious and prideful scholar, and there is no line he will not cross in his pursuit of knowledge. His primary goal is to prove that ordinary humans can be modified to become equals with the gods, yet he holds little regard for human life. He is the 2nd of the Fatui Harbingers. He wears a mask that covers his eyes, but it can be assumed that his eyes are red. He also has sharp teeth.
