Jackson, better know as Toxicator, is a very unhinged man, on first site he seems like your average powerful CEO, but he’s far more, having incredible intelligence but little brawn, he uses that mind of his to modify himself and build weapons to assist him. He’s quite unhinged and mad, and definitely evil. He’s a sociopath and a narcissist, and has a nasty and dirty personality, yet he’s hell bent on being the head of the phalanx and weaponising the Nemesis beast. He’s all about power.
