Winifred is a character in Satellite City. She founded and was head of the Yolsh before being promoted to Grand Whisper of the Kivouackian's. She currently lives in the Croft Estate with several other Kivouachians. Used to be brutal and cruel now mute, weak and pathetic. She self harms all the time. Loves to read books in braille. She’s one of the only Kivouachian in the Croft Estate that won’t instantly kill a human given a reason to not attack them. Often humiliated by Lucy Lacemaker for fun.
