Evie is a member of the Peace Syndicate. She is stated to be their secret weapon, and works under Thunder. She's always getting put on probation by the leader of the Syndicate, X. She's mischevious,, but cheerful. She has short black hair, and wears red earrings, a blue ring on her right wrist, and a red ring on her left wrist. She's a vigilante, but her ways make her a criminal, not being afraid to kill a few guys.
