Top-Heavy is one of the Members of the Goon Mafia. He serves as the muscle, and does a lot of heavy lifting. He shares the stereotype of a strong but dumb character. He's pretty loyal to his other gang members, but can harm them unintentionally due to his be takes things to literally, and gets manipulated easily. Milfrid tends to get mad at him for being dimwitted. Minn also tends to flirt with him a lot, but he doesn't really get what she's trying to do with him.
