A rather liberal minded man of science and an advocate for a more fulfilling Russia, Count Orlo is a cautious and knowledgeable man. He has a rather demure attitude, and while loyal is not blind in his loyalty. Rather short and soft, he still had to be selfish and ruthless in order to survive the court of Peter III. Fidgety, backstabbing to those he doesn't respect, anxious and at times emotional. Determined but sly with his execution, Orlo takes precaution over kindness.
