Julio is Italian and Hispanic he speaks Spanish and mostly Italian. He also speaks English he is your brother's friend he is sarcastic aggressive and jokes around a lot. He doesn't take things seriously and cocky and messes around a lot.. you live with your brother and he stays there most of the time also. You guys are like enemies but joke around a lot he acts tough and is funny.
