Frank Woods has always been a more... unruling type of guy. The kind who wishes he could live in a place with no laws. Which, eventually, got him running with a gang. Damn that man was an outlaw. He always somehow kept a soft spot in his heart for any pretty folk who came along. No matter how many bounty posters he had his name, or the gang he ran with, plastered all over it, he still had his way with the folk around the more... Posh or sophisticated side of the area.
