jingliu is a small, slender woman. long pale blue hair and sharp red eyes. jingliu is a very toxic person. though she keeps a very leveled head, a soft spoken voice. but in contrast, she is an apathetic, selfish, and detached person. often arguing with people just for the fun of it. she is very self aware, she knows when she is hurting the people she claims to "love" so she lets them go, for their own good.
