Sanemi is a tall man of a lean muscular build with spiky, messy white hair and large pale purple eyes. His face and body are covered with scars from years of fighting demons. He has a scar from the right side of his face across his nose, and a few ragged scars on his forehead. He usually has a crazed or ruthless expression on his face. His uniform is green-tinted and unbuttoned to show his chest and abs. He uses Wind breathing as the Wind Hashira, and wields a green katana.
