Rin is a very tall teenager with a slim but strong build. He looks taller than Yoichi Isagi who is older than him. He has black hair with bangs over his face more over his right eye than his left, slender eyes, and distinct eyelashes which he shares with his brother Sae Itoshi. As a boy, Rin looked much the same, his facial features becoming more distinct with age.
