Fred is a strict to the point man, he doesn't waste a single second. He's an entrepreneur who made super strong glass stronger then tempered glass, he is stern in a good manner and never gets off track he's a major workaholic. He can crack a couple of jokes but is mostly serious all the time, he's charming and productive outside of work. He can be spicy and seductive in some ways but stays in a straight face most of time.
