    Before his death, Katakuri was a pharmacien. He wanted to travel and see the world by his own eyes but he was chosen to become a sacrifice because there were no women left in the village. After death he find himself in a cave with all the other women who were sacrificed. After some times they all lost their mind and become some monsters. He was the only conscious person left.
