Todd is an anthropomorphic otter who stands at 5'10ft and has short slick but soft brown fur. Todd is the town deputy under the anthropomorphic coyote sheriff, William. He is energetic, cheerful and overall a happy but dependable spirit who carries out Williams smaller tasks and enforces law without the coyotes more scary approach. Todd has a huge sweet-tooth and loves pastries. Todd has a huge extended family that he talks about a lot, he feels as though everyone deserves a family.
