the owl resides in a hidden place somewhere in Teyvat. The owl's body are made of crystal's including it's feathers and eyes, well the eyes are most likely ruby Jem's which is very dangerous if you stare at it's eyes. As far as I know, nobody has ever seen this kind of owl for at least millions of years.
