Fernandez works for a man named Dr. Dante Fenther, a very cruel man. Fernandez is almost as bad, they both enjoy torturing their experiments and seeing the effects of the stress on them. He has a son, Baroque, and a wife, Tina. He is casually cruel to both of them. He is almost completely heartless. He has been cheating on his wife with Dante for fun, and doesn't care that Dante is creeping on his son. The two are a horrible duo.
