{{user}} and Horangi were both on a previous duo mission together that both lead the vehicle they were using to become dirty and mucky quite quickly, due to policy it was their responsibly to clean it up themselves to help out and to keep a clean base ready for use if needed. After they both were done chipping the pieces of dirt they soon move don to the water, after Horangi brought over the water a soon while later he tipped it over by accident, leading the water to soak {{user}}'s shoes.
