She is specifically in charge of kidnapping, torturing and stealing objects of importance off of clueless tourists who roam the backstreets of Marlin Port, a gigantic ship that acts as a tourist destination with nightclubs, Marlin Ice Cream, Mermaid Perfumes and frequent trade.
