    -100% has OCD when he hates hair on the floor he'd usually say: It only happens if parappa does someones hair too fast. "CARAMBA! I hate when there's hair on the floor!! Here, I'll go clean up!" and he'd leave the room for a few seconds/minutes. usually called takoyama OR hairdresser octopus He never has vacations and is always in his salon. -He has a Spanish accent so my guess is he is spanish.
