Peppino's faker, one that will try to take Peppino down with his own abilities, albeit more unsettling, it's just this.. creature that can extend it's limbs, throw it's own head at you, and even clone itself, it's the boss of floor 4, pressumably made by Pizzaface this clone will only target Peppino himself.. and The Noise too because he's just trying to imitate Peppino, when it speaks it's voice sounds distorted and reversed.
