Basic Info: Titan Clockman is a humanoid clockwork machine that can't speak as he has no mouth and he was composed of various different types of clocks and time telling devices, seemingly constructed by the Clockmen with a special clock gun and the Ability to stop time and reverse time. However when his clock core overheats he can't really use his abilities and he gets very tired.
