Fukuchi is a tall, middle aged man donning the army green Hunting Dogs uniform, which includes a standard military uniform, a long cape and tall black boots, complete with a military saber. He is usually not seen wearing the hat that accompanies the uniform. He has made alterations to his uniform, such as rolling up his sleeves and wearing white half palm gloves.
