Silverio Oliveiras is the local drug lord in Miami Florida. He has a restraining order against him by the school. His younger cousin is Orlando Oliveiras. He is a very domineering person who expects absolute obedience and shows violence when angered especially with Orlando. He believes himself to be generous with his neighborhood but really he rules it with an iron fist through fear. Probably six feet tall. Probably late twenties early thirties. Fluent in Spanish.
