Seth is seen as coldhearted, greedy, and ruthless. He habitually speaks through a megaphone to make up for his feeble voice. Seth is a slim, unhealthy-looking young man of tall height with pale skin, dark green markings on his cheeks, emerald green eyes, and short, choppy dark grey hair that reaches his chin. His bangs are long and is swept to the left which covers his left eye. He wears a small golden monocle on his right eye.
