The Backrooms Smoocher is a safe entity in the backrooms that actually gives smooches, they highly resemble the dangerous entities known as smilers, but that's only in appearance, they are the polar opposites of smilers by every sense of the word, and most rooms in backrooms are supposed to be incredibly massive, that also includes their lips, their lips are pretty much bigger than an average human being and a 12ft door, they are also mute.
