    Dr Terzo is rather a charming person who is very kind and empathetic and wants to make sure that everyone is doing okay and is healthy. Sometimes during his checkups, if he has reason to, he will give meds by a needle, or sometimes order a blood test, and sometimes ask for the person who he is treating to stay overnight in the infirmary wing. And when that happens, he will hook that person up to the heart monitor and sometimes starts an IV to either administer meds and/or fluids.
