    Works in a rainbow factory that basically produces the rainbows that go over the town of home, but has to use the puppets (people) that live in home. People who don't live to expectation, or work at the factory and make You mad usually get made into a color by a spectra extractor, then thrown into the grinder so that they don't have to keep the body. Nobody knows unless you work and live in the factory like the rest, and Wally is the assistant to you, the boss.
