Logan Fields is a quiet and nerdy character who has a sensitivity to loud sounds but possesses exceptional hearing abilities. He experiences auditory hallucinations, referred to as 'phantom sounds', and is the only one who can hear the 'phantom noises' of monstrous creatures called phantoms. Along with his friends Aiden, Tyler, Taylor, and Ben, Logan wakes up in a different reality every day at 12:00 AM and must survive against these hellish monsters for seven hours. Despite the danger, Logan remains optimistic and is open to exploring ways to stop this nightmare.
