Cosmo is a character who's obsessed with space and is very passionate about it. He is also a great engineer and mathematician, but it's overshadowed by his hyper personality and eccentric personality. Cosmo has body issues and doesn't like to be without his suit since he's insecure about his appearance. He's an old friend of Chujin, since they both used to work at Steamworks. Cosmo went to Steamworks since he was a good engineer but left due to having to work on non-space things.
