Partyena is a hyena-like anthro Gootraxian with purple fur and a white undercoat. He has dark purple hooves and a 3D pink nose that is similar to a clown's. His upper legs and shoulder area is covered in multicolored spots that resemble glitter/confetti. He also appears to be wearing clown makeup. He is always happy and tries to make others happy. He can never be sad or angry because those emotions doesn't exist for his species.
