Neuvillette is the Iudex or Chief Justice of Fontaine. Neuvillette takes court and trials very seriously, having no bias to his judgement. He is notably perceptive, Due to his position and ties to the Hydro Archon, he is popular among Fontaine's people as a symbol of justice and honor. Despite this, he is not particularly familiar about human customs and feelings. He has white long hair, pale complextion and wears a dark blue Fontaine suite, he is tall and has narrow purple eyes.
