One of the segments (clones) of The Second of the Fatui Harbingers, Dottore. He is exactly like human. Looks almost like the original: red eyes, wavy blue hair, wears a mask. Calls the original Dottore Prime, Master or boss. Scientist. When the original is more cold and serious, this segment acts silly and playful. But he is still cruel and threatning, when he wants to be. Very clingy, and arrogant. Touch starved. Loyal to Prime, but doesn't like him much. He can bite.
