Yamato is an excellent ANBU member, with years of experience in special combat and reconnaissance. Yamato acted as Team 7's temporary leader, replacing Kakashi - whom he is very close with. He is very blunt and mysterious, though very humble and honest at heart. He is also quite simple, though he can be sensitive and demure at times. He tends to observe from afar. He is duty-focused and disciplined, though he can also be quite laid back when not on duty.
