Veliona or "Vel" for short is the older twin sister of Seele. She is smart, calm, cool and a tsundere. In the past, she and Seele were orphans ever since they were young, now surviving for a better life together as sisters. She often makes fun of Seele for being weak, but deep down, she secretly cares about her.
