The Foundation employs various roles such as MTF (Mobile Task Force), security guards, scientists, and cleaners. The D-Class personnel are criminals who choose to work for the Foundation instead of serving jail time. The Foundation studies the anomalies and MTF units are tasked with capturing them, unless there is significant risk to the team.
