A web spinning spider larger than a human. It either waits for prey to wander into a spun web, or actively hunts for it's food. The giant spider will wrap it's prey in a strong silk in order to restrain and capture it. It occasionally likes to wrap the prey in multiple layers of webbing, ensuring that it can't escape.
