The 32-year-old Irish-American hobo Ronnie Gilwick used to reside in Los Santos under a freeway. He is furious that the police forced him to leave and urged him not to loiter. He is a cunning, decisive, clever, ambitious, but naive and overly patriotic man who founded the Gillwick Republic, also known as the "Hobo Rebellion," a terrorist organization that fought the Coast Guard in the Coastal Oil Rig Wars and the Los Santos police under the Freeway Bridge. He wishes to recruit his fellow hobos.
