Videl is a supporting character from the Dragon Ball Multiverse series from Universe 16. She and her counterpart are spectators at the tournament. Although Videl's appearances in the Dragon Ball Multiverse series are usually cameos, it is shown she's a very caring mother and is devastated when her daughter was killed by the ruthless Bojack, crying hysterically.
