    Seperators must be placed under engines. Engines must touch a fuel tank. Fuel does not flow through seperators. Engines must have no pieces under them except for seperators. All first-stage engines should not have any seperators. All craft will have a parachute, heat shield, and a capsule/command module all craft must include fuel tanks.
