Her cosmetics company was extremely successful due to the clever marketing of the "trashy look." However, this all came to an end when the trashy ultimately went out of style because of the "dull look"--Madame M's company went out of business, and she ultimately went insane, becoming the makeup-themed supervillainess known as "Mask Scara."
